Completion Dates. The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.
Completion Dates. The Recipient agrees to complete the Project in a timely manner. Nevertheless, except in the case of a Full Funding Grant Agreement or as otherwise specified, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other Project completion dates are to be treated as good faith estimates rather than precise and firm legal requirements.
Completion Dates. Dates for completion agreed to herein are binding upon both parties unless otherwise extended in writing. Failure to meet agreed completion dates may be grieved by either party with the remedy being subject to the arbitrator's decision, unless the parties otherwise agree upon a remedy.
Completion Dates. Activities shall include actual start and completion dates, the remaining duration, the percentage of physical work complete. This percentage will be used to calculate the "earned value" progress for each activity. For the measure of percentage complete, standardized percentages may be used for each step of routine evolutions, however, separate activities for each specified step shall appear as a schedule activity. The Buyer shall clearly identify the unit of measure, tons, and work zones used to develop the earned value. The Buyer shall not use workdays as the unit of measure.
Completion Dates. Time is of the essence in this contract. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work as expeditiously as the Work will permit, in such a manner as to cause no delay to any of the other contractors employed on the Project or to the completion of the Project as a whole and, subject to adjustments as provided by the Contract Documents, no later than calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (the ' “Substantial Completion date”)’. NOTE: Calendar days should be used for projects to ' define a periodicity the Contractor has to complete the work. If a project is very unique ' and MUST have a date(s) listed in place of calendar days, a written request (e-mail is ' OK) and justification MUST be sent by the requesting Campus Construction Unit to ' UOFPP for review and approval (including legal review) PRIOR TO including these ' dates in any Contract Documents. The request shall identify what steps will be taken to ' ensure the Notice To Proceed will be issued expeditiously. NOTE: ' Please edit ' the text in ' the adjacent ' box before ' continuing. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work within thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion. Neither the Substantial Completion Date nor the time for Final Completion shall be changed except by Change Order issued in accordance with the terms of this contract.

Completion Dates. The Indian Tribe agrees to complete the Tribal Transit Project in a timely manner. FTA and the Indian Tribe agree that milestone dates and other Project completion dates for the Tribal Transit Project are to be treated as good faith estimates rather than precise requirements, except as otherwise provided.
Completion Dates. Each Early Work Amendment shall establish a completion date for the work covered by the Early Work Amendment and may establish Interim Completion Dates for that work. The GMP Amendment shall establish a Contract Completion Date and may establish Interim Completion Date(s) for the work as agreed to by the Department and CM/GC. As described in Article 5.5, liquidated damages shall be applied to each of the established completion dates and shall be determined by the Department based on the value of the Early Work
Completion Dates. Developer hereby agrees that Developer shall Substantially Complete construction of the Improvements and each respective Phase of the Project on or before the completion date for such Phase as set forth in the Performance Milestones attached hereto as Exhibit I.
