Common use of Completion Certificate Clause in Contracts

Completion Certificate. 12.4.1 Upon completion of all items in the Punch List and issuance of authorisation by the Commissioner of Railway Safety and compliance of all CRS observations pertaining to Contractor if any, the Authority Engineer shall issue forthwith to the Contractor and the Authority; a completion certificate substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-K (the “Completion Certificate”) separately in respect of each Provisional Certificate issued. For Avoidance of doubt, Completion Certificate may also be issued for part-commissioing of Project.
