Completion Acceptance. Upon notice to the Contractor, the Owner shall have the right to take possession of and use for any purpose any partially completed portion of the Work. Neither certification by the Owner's Representative that the Work, or a component system thereof, has reached Functional Completion or the acceptance by the Owner of the Work, or a component system thereof, as being ready for operation shall relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations under this Contract, or otherwise. After the Contractor has completed all Work under this Contract and corrected all known deficiencies, it shall give the Owner's Representative notice that the Work has been finally completed. Within ___ Work Days of receipt of that notice, the Owner's Representative shall either issue a Final Completion Notice, or give notice to the Contractor of the deficiencies to be remedied before a Final Completion Notice can be issued. In the latter case, the foregoing procedure with respect to the deficiencies shall be repeated until the Owner's Representative issues the Final Completion Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner's issuance of the Final Completion Notice shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations under this Contract, or otherwise. Completion Acceptance. 10.2.1 If the engineering meets the completion acceptance conditions, Party B shall provide Party A with the completion acceptance reports, the completion data, and the completion drawings according to the national completion acceptance related regulations. Party A shall organize acceptance within seven days after receiving the report, and shall express consent or propose the modification opinions by giving a written notice to Party B within 28 days after acceptance. Completion Acceptance. When the Project meets the conditions for completion acceptance, the Contractor shall provide complete as-built data and completion acceptance report to the Employer in accordance with relevant national regulations on the acceptance upon project completion. The Contractor shall provide the Employer with the as-built drawings in the copies and on the date as agreed. After the Employer’s representative receives and agrees on the completion acceptance report from the Contractor, the Contractor shall organize relevant departments to conduct acceptance within the time specified in the agreement, and shall give approval or put forward modification opinions within 5 days upon acceptance. The Contractor shall make such modification as required at his own cost if such modification is attributed to the Contractor.
Completion Acceptance. 16.4.9.1 Upon completion of the Project, the Contractor shall clear all the waste materials, sundries and temporary equipment from the construction site, and relocate all the remaining materials and equipment from the construction site. Then, the Contractor can submit a written report for acceptance, and submit complete Project data to the Employer.
