Completeness and Accuracy of Information. No representation or warranty of the Company contained in this agreement contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained herein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which the same were made.

Completeness and Accuracy of Information. 5.6 The Applicant is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to CaRMS and Residency Programs in whatever form submitted by or on behalf of the Applicant, including but not limited to: information about previous medical education, postgraduate medical training or clinical practice. All such information must be declared to allow a Residency Program full assessment of the application. CaRMS is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information exchanged between the Applicant and Residency Programs.
Completeness and Accuracy of Information. There is nothing of which it is aware which would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect which has not been disclosed to the Lender in writing in connection with or pursuant to the terms of the Credit Documents. Completeness and Accuracy of Information. The holder of a Swiss Government PKI Class A certificate (hereinafter referred to as the "holder"1) un- dertakes to supply the CSP at all times with correct and complete information required for the process of issuing it and for its content. Before the certificate is issued the client must be identified in person on the basis of a valid travel document. The certificate is inseparably associated with this client. The client's first name(s), surname(s), Admin-Directory suffix and e-mail address are always listed in the certificate. Additional personal details of the holder such as his date of birth and revocation pass- phrases, together with a scan of his valid travel document, are recorded by the Swiss Government PKI. The client is required to notify the CSP without delay of any change in his personal data, especially his first name, surname, suffix (his entry in the federal government's Admin-Directory) and e-mail address. Protection of the private key and certificate The holder also undertakes to take all appropriate precautions to ensure that he retains sole control of his private key and any activation data (e.g. PIN/PUK) and media (e.g. Smartcard) associated with it, and that it is kept confidential and protected from loss and misuse. The certificate's private key can and may only be used in connection with the certificate and only for the purpose set out in the certifi- cate (signature). It may on no account be made accessible to unauthorised third parties. The holder is liable for any damage arising from the disclosure to third parties of the private key and any activation data and media associated with it. The CSP reserves the right to revoke the certificate without notifying the holder in advance if there are specific suspicions of misuse or unauthorised access to the private key. 1 Terms used in this document denoting one gender also cover the other. Use of the certificate The holder declares that he is familiar with the content, purpose and effect of the use of the Class A certificate. He undertakes to use the Class A certificate and its private key only for authorised transac- tions and in compliance with all valid legal requirements and the provisions of this document.
