Common use of Completed Work Clause in Contracts

Completed Work. ‌ Weatherization work on homes, including final inspections, must be completed by the last day of this Contract in order that the homes may be charged to this Contract. Only the payment of expenses incurred during this Contract may take place after the last day of this Contract. Expenditures on a home that was started under this contract and ended after the end of this contract must be charged to the weatherization contract that is in effect at the time the home is completed.
