Completed Hours of Service Method. If the completed hours of service method is designated in the Adoption Agreement, a "Year of Service" means a Computation Period during which the Employee has not less than 1000 Hours of Service with the Employer.

Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.
Year of Service VESTING.
