Complete Withdrawal. Any time before the Annuity Date, you may make a complete withdrawal of your entire Contract Value. We will send you the Contract Value less any taxes withheld, any applicable Fund short-term redemption fee. You must send us written instructions from all the Owners to make a complete withdrawal. Your Contract will terminate once the withdrawal has been processed. EDVA-2005 Partial Withdrawals You may also make partial withdrawals of $500 or more before the Annuity Date. You may not make a partial withdrawal that would reduce your Contract Value to less than $5,000. If you do not specify where we should take the money for a partial withdrawal, we will take it proportionately from all the Investment Options. If you request a partial withdrawal in an amount that is less than the total you have in all the Investment Options, you may choose the dollar amount or percentage to be withdrawn from each Investment Option. If you do not specify where we should take the money for a partial withdrawal, we will take it proportionately from all the Investment Options. You may request partial withdrawals by providing instructions to the Annuity Service Center. We will normally pay you the net amount of any complete or partial withdrawal within seven days after we receive the withdrawal request at the Annuity Service Center. The net amount is the amount of the withdrawal less any taxes withheld and any applicable Fund short-term redemption fee. We may defer payment from the Investment Options for longer than seven days under certain limited circumstances.
Complete Withdrawal. (A) Within thirty (30) Days of receipt of each withdrawing Party's notification, each of the other Parties may also give notice that it desires to withdraw from this Agreement and the Contract. Should all Working Interest Parties give notice of withdrawal, the Parties shall proceed to abandon the Field and terminate the Contract insofar as it relates to the Field and this Agreement. If less than all of the Working Interest Parties give such notice of withdrawal, then the withdrawing Parties shall take all steps to withdraw from the Contract, this Agreement, and any Fields in the Contract Area on the earliest possible date and execute and deliver all necessary instruments and documents to assign their Participating Interest to the Working Interest Parties which are not withdrawing, without any compensation whatsoever, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.6.
Complete Withdrawal. If I decide to completely withdraw from CWSL, I will follow the withdrawal rules published in BP&P section 3.0 xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/~/media/files/student%20handbook/business_office_policies_procedures.a shx, which I understand and agree are incorporated herein by reference.
Complete Withdrawal. A "complete withdrawal" from a Multiemployer Plan as ------------------------- defined by the provisions of Section 4203 of ERISA or successor provisions to such provision adopted by amendments to ERISA and including other provisions of ERISA or of other law and regulations adopted pursuant to ERISA or such other law, modifying, amending, interpreting or otherwise affecting the application of such provision, either in general or as applied to the nature or circumstances of a particular person that is a party to, or is affected by, or is involved in, the Transaction and with respect to which person the use of the term in this Agreement, or in the particular provision of this Agreement, is relevant.
Complete Withdrawal. A. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of each withdrawing Concessionaire’s notification, each of the other Concessionaires may also give notice that it desires to withdraw from this Agreement and the EPCC. Should all Concessionaires give notice of withdrawal, the Concessionaires shall proceed to cease Petroleum Operations and Decommission Facilities in accordance with the approved Decommissioning Plan if applicable, abandon the EPCC Area and terminate the EPCC and this Agreement. If less than all of the Concessionaires give such notice of withdrawal, then the withdrawing Concessionaires shall take all steps to withdraw from the EPCC and this Agreement on the earliest possible date and execute and deliver all necessary instruments and documents to assign their Participating Interest to the Concessionaires which are not withdrawing, without any compensation whatsoever, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.6.

If less than all of the Parties give such notice of withdrawal, then the withdrawing Parties shall take all steps to withdraw from the Contract and this Agreement on the earliest possible date and execute and deliver all necessary instruments and documents to assign their Participating Interest to the Parties which are not withdrawing, without any compensation whatsoever, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13.6.
