Complete Agreement; Modifications. This Agreement, including all exhibits, schedules, purchase orders, and annexes hereto, contains the complete and entire agreement among the parties as to the subject matter hereof and replaces and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. No modification of the Agreement shall be binding unless it is written and signed by all parties.
