Complete Agreement; Modifications. This Agreement and any documents referred to herein or executed contemporaneously herewith constitute the parties’ entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended, altered or modified only by a writing signed by the Company and the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities then outstanding.
Complete Agreement; Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be surrendered, altered or modified except by a writing signed by the parties. This Agreement supersedes all agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the 1988 Agreements shall not be construed as governing the subject matter hereof, and nothing in this Agreement is intended in any way, by implication or otherwise, to affect the meaning or construction of the 1988 Agreements.
Complete Agreement; Modifications. This Agreement together with the applicable SSA, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments or representations, oral or written related to the Software and Support & Maintenance Services. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will supersede all pre-printed terms and conditions contained on any purchase order, task order or other business form submitted by either party to the other. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 24.a below, this Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing executed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties.
Complete Agreement; Modifications. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the sale of the equipment and no addition to or modification of any provision of said agreement shall be binding upon Supplier unless agreed in writing by Supplier.

With regard to such amendments, alterations, or modifications, telecopied signatures shall be effective as original signatures. Any amendment, alteration, or modification requiring the signature of more than one party may be signed in counterparts.

This Agreement, including all exhibits, schedules, purchase orders, and annexes hereto, contains the complete and entire agreement among the parties as to the subject matter hereof and replaces and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. No modification of the Agreement shall be binding unless it is written and signed by both parties.

Any amendment, alteration, or modification requiring the signature of more than one party may be signed in counterparts.

This Agreement (including the attachments hereto) is the complete and exclusive statement of the entire agreement of the parties, and supersedes all prior discussions and representations, whether written or oral. It is a fully integrated agreement. This Agreement may only be modified by a further written agreement signed by both parties.
