Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement contains the final, complete and exclusive expression of the understanding among the Partners with respect to the Partnership and its purposes and objectives and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement or representation, oral or written, by any of them. Except to admit a new or a substitute Partner or to reflect the withdrawal or Retirement of a Partner, this Agreement and every provision of it may be modified or amended only by an agreement in writing signed by or on behalf of all Partners.
