This Agreement, including the Schedules and Exhibits and the Related Agreements and other agreements and documents referred to herein, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and shall supersede all previous negotiations, commitments and writings with respect to such subject matter.
