COMPLAINTS HANDLING AND RESOLUTION. 17.1 If either Party receives a Complaint from a Client which it cannot resolve within 5 Working Days, it must notify the other Party. If the Agency has received the complaint, it must provide in the notice full details of the Agency’s plans to resolve the Complaint.
