COMPLAINTS FROM USERS. From time to time, it is expected there will be a minimal number of complaints from the public utilizing the Properties relating to the Concessionaire's operation. It is the intent of both the State and the Concessionaire to resolve each complaint in an expeditious manner so as to preclude a future similar occurrence.

COMPLAINTS FROM USERS. From time to time it is expected that there will be a minimal number of complaints from the public who utilize the Properties, concerning accommodations, food, service, maintenance and similar matters. It is the intent of both the Department and the Service Provider to resolve each complaint, if possible, in an expeditious manner so as to preclude a future, similar occurrence and to maintain a favorable public opinion of the Properties and the Department’s state park facilities.
