Such may be processed in a fashion similar to the grievance procedure, 570 provided that the appeal of such matters shall end with the Board and shall not proceed to arbitration. 572 Section M. Complaints by Employees. When differences or complaints arise between employer and any employee, or group of employees, the following procedure may be used within three (3) working days of any occurrence.
