COMPLAINT PROCEDURES. The Sub-Recipient shall develop and implement complaint procedures and ensure that subcontractors develop and implement complaint procedures to process and resolve client dissatisfaction with services. Complaint procedures shall address the quality and timeliness of services, provider and direct service worker complaints, and all other issues except the termination, suspension, or reduction of services, which shall be addressed through the grievance process as described in Appendix D of the DOEA Programs and Services Handbook. Complaint procedures shall include notification to all clients of the complaint procedure and include tracking the date, nature, and disposition of each complaint.
