Competitive Services. Competitive Services" shall mean a service or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with a service or product constituting a part of the Business and with respect to which the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.
