Common use of Competitive Services Clause in Contracts

Competitive Services. Competitive Services" shall mean a service or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with a service or product constituting a part of the Business and with respect to which the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.

Competitive Services. “Competitive Services" shall mean a service or product” are: executive, developedoperational, marketedmanagerial, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is supervisory and/or related administrative services that are the same as or is directly competitive with a service substantially similar to (in terms of type or product constituting a part purpose) the services you performed for or on behalf of the Business and with respect to which Company at any point during the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason 24-month period preceding the termination of the Employee's position and duties with the Companyyour Service.

Competitive Services. The “Competitive Services" shall mean a service ” is defined as those activities or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with a service or product constituting a part of the Business and with respect to services which the Employee has acquired confidential information provided regardless of job title, at any time within the last two (2) years of his or her employment by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.
