Common use of Competitive Business Clause in Contracts

Competitive Business. “Competitive Business” shall mean an enterprise that is in the business of offering banking products and/or services, which services and/or products are similar or substantially identical to those offered by the Bank during Executive’s employment with the Bank.

Competitive Business. The term “Competitive Business” shall mean means any person or entity that engages in any business activity that competes with the Company’s or an enterprise that is Affiliate’s or Subsidiary’s business in any way, in any geographic area in which the Company or an Affiliate or Subsidiary engages in business, including, without limitation, any state in the business of offering banking United States in which the Company or an Affiliate or Subsidiary sells or offers to sell its products and/or services, which services and/or products are similar or substantially identical from time to those offered by the Bank during Executive’s employment with the Banktime.

Competitive Business. The “Competitive Business” shall mean an enterprise entity that is engaged in a business that is similar to that in which the Company and its subsidiaries is engaged (or is actively planning to become engaged), including the business of offering banking products and/or servicesinvesting, which services and/or products are owning and managing residential mortgage backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and similar residential mortgage-related investments, or substantially identical to those offered by any entity that may require or inevitably require Employee’s disclosure of the Bank during ExecutiveCompany’s employment with the Banktrade secrets, proprietary information or confidential non-public information.

Competitive Business. The term “Competitive Business” shall mean an enterprise that the book retailing business, or any other line of business in which the Company or any of its affiliated companies is in engaged during the business of offering banking products and/or services, which services and/or products are similar or substantially identical to those offered by the Bank during Executive’s employment with the BankEmployment Period.

The term “Competitive Business” shall mean an enterprise any business that is in competes with the business of offering banking products and/or servicesthe Company or any of its Subsidiaries, which services and/or products are similar including the design, development, manufacturing, marketing or substantially identical to those offered sale or any product or service of the type designed, developed, manufactured, marketed or sold by the Bank during ExecutiveCompany or any of its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, any other business which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have plans to engage in as of the date of Participant’s employment with termination of employment) in any geographical area where the BankCompany or any of its Subsidiaries conduct business.
