Competitive Bids. With the exception of services or products obtained for use in a leveraged environment, the Contractor agrees competitive bidding will be utilized for all purchases in direct and exclusive support of RIDOH which are made under this Agreement in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or an aggregate of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for any like items during the time of performance of this Agreement.
