Common use of Competitive Activities Clause in Contracts

Competitive Activities. While Employee is an employee of Employer, and for a period of one (1) year after termination, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, either as an employee, employer, consultant, agent, principal partner, stockholder, corporate officer, director, or in any other individual or representative capacity, engage or participate in any business that competes with any or all of Employer’s businesses. Employee acknowledges that this non-compete provision itself survives the termination of the employment agreement.
