Competent Management. The Governmental Unit shall employ or contract for experienced and competent personnel to manage the System.
Competent Management. LESSEE shall provide competent management of the Allowed Uses to CITY's reasonable satisfaction. "Competent management" shall mean management practices generally considered acceptable within LESSEE's industry for the management and operation of activities substantially similar to the Allowed Uses and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and in a fiscally responsible manner. "Fiscally responsible manner" shall mean in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied and absent financial malfeasance.
Competent Management. Throughout the term of this Permit, CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide competent management of the Sites for the permitted uses to the satisfaction of the City Manager. CONCESSIONAIRE covenants to operate the Concession for the above-specified purposes and diligently conduct the operations to produce a reasonable and substantial gross income.
Competent Management. Throughout the term of this Lease, LESSEE shall provide competent management of the leased premises to the satisfaction of the Mayor.   • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
