Common use of Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time. A. Upon mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer, the Employee shall accrue compensatory time with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1½) hours for every overtime hour worked in lieu of overtime pay as set forth in Section 7.9.
