Compensation Upon Transfer or Re Employment. 146. Transfer – An employee transferred in accordance with Civil Service Commission rules from one Department to another, but in the same classification, shall transfer at his/her current salary, and if he/she is not at the maximum salary for the class, further increments shall be allowed following the completion of the required service based upon the seniority increment anniversary date in the former Department.
