Compensation to Inventors. As between the Parties, only MorphoSys shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to the inventors of any Patents owned or co-owned by MorphoSys and only COMPANY shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to the inventors of any Patents owned or co-owned by COMPANY. With respect to Joint Patents, each Party shall be responsible for compensating its own inventors.

Compensation to Inventors. As between Quark and Pfizer only, Quark shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to the inventors of any Quark Patent Rights, including any Quark Patent Rights licensed to Quark by a Third Party, and Pfizer shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to the inventors of any Pfizer Patent Rights, including any Pfizer Patent Rights licensed to Pfizer by a Third Party. In the case of Joint Patents, each Party shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to its respective inventors.
Compensation to Inventors. As between Lpath and Pfizer: (i) only Lpath shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to the inventors of any Lpath Patent Rights owned by Lpath; (ii) for Lpath Patent Rights licensed to Lpath under the Existing Lpath Agreements, Lpath will be responsible for payments to the applicable Third Party licensors of such Lpath Patent Rights if Pfizer makes the payments described in Section 8.8 above to Lpath (and not if Pfizer makes such payments directly to the applicable Third Party licensor of such Lpath Patent Rights under Section 8.8); and
Compensation to Inventors. Each Party shall be responsible for any compensation and any other payments due to inventors who are employees of such Party or its Affiliates or subcontractors.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.   • Compensation Benefits and Expenses During the Term, the Bank shall compensate the Executive for his services as provided in this Section 3. Unless otherwise determined by the Company Board, all payments and benefits provided in this Agreement shall be paid or provided solely by the Bank. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no provision of this Agreement shall be construed so as to result in the duplication of any payment or benefit.
