Compensation to Be Paid Contractor. The Fund shall pay to the Contractor and the latter shall accept as full and complete payment for the performance of this Contract, subject to additions or deductions as provided herein, the sum of which sum is the amount of the Contract consideration.

Compensation to Be Paid Contractor. The University shall pay to the Contractor and the latter shall accept as full and complete payment for the performance of this Contract, subject to additions or deductions as provided herein, the sum indicated on page 1 of this Agreement which sum is the amount of the total contract compensation. The Contractor shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to the University in order to receive payment for its services. Billing invoices submitted to the University must contain all information and supporting documentation required by the University and the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC). Payment for invoices submitted by the Contractor shall only be rendered electronically unless payment by paper check is expressly authorized by the Vice President for Administration or designee, in her/his sole discretion, due to extenuating circumstances. Such electronic payment shall be made in accordance with ordinary New York State procedures and practices. The Contractor shall comply with the OSC procedures to authorize electronic payments. Authorization forms are available at the OSC website at xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/xxxx/xxxxx.xxx, by email at xxxxxx@xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx or by telephone at 000-000-0000. The Contractor acknowledges that it will not receive payment on any invoices submitted under this contract if it does not comply with the OSC’s electronic payment procedures, except where the Vice President or designee has expressly authorized payment by paper check as set forth above.

The maximum obligation of Transporter to deliver gas hereunder to or for Shipper, the designation of the points of delivery at which Transporter shall deliver or cause gas to be delivered to or for Shipper, and the points of receipt at which Shipper shall deliver or cause gas to be delivered, are specified in Appendix A, as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between Shipper and Transporter, or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commission.

  • SERVICES TO BE RENDERED 2.1 Either party by giving the other party notice may reserve for periods of not less than one (1) or more than twelve (12) months, such electric power (hereincalled "Limited Term Power (Firm)") as the other party may be willing to make available as Limited Term Power (Firm). The party asked to supply Limited Term Power (Firm) shall be the sole judge as to the amounts and periods that it has electric power available that may be reserved by the other party as Limited Term Power (Firm).
