Compensation of Trustee. Trustor shall pay to Trustee reasonable compensation and reimbursement for services and expenses in the administration of this trust, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees. Trustor shall pay all indebtedness arising under this Section immediately upon demand by Trustee or Beneficiary together with interest thereon from the date the indebtedness arises at the rate of interest then applicable to the principal balance of the Note as specified therein.
