Common use of Compensation of the Sub-Adviser Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Sub-Adviser. The amount of the compensation to the Sub-Adviser is computed at an annual rate. The fee shall be payable monthly in arrears, based on the average daily net assets of the Fund for each month, at the annual rate set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
