Common use of Compensation of the Sub-Adviser Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Sub-Adviser. 3.1(a) For the services to be rendered, the facilities to be furnished and the payments to be made, as provided herein, the parties hereto agree that the Adviser shall pay to the Sub-Adviser for each calendar quarter of the Sub-Advised Fund a fee computed in accordance with the Fee Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein. The payment shall be made by the Adviser to the Sub-Adviser within three business days after the end of each calendar quarter.
