Common use of Compensation of the Advisor Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. Compensation of the Advisor. The effective advisory fee rate is calculated according to the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 1.00% on the first $500 million of assets under management; 0.90% on the next $500 million to $1 billion of assets under management; and 0.85% above $1 billion of assets under management. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the --------------------------- Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor Advisor, within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 1.40% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % month. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the --------------------------- Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor Advisor, within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 0.90% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % month. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ average daily net assets for the month in accordance with month. The effective advisory fee rate is calculated according to the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 0.65% of assets under management. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 0.80% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % month. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ average daily net assets for the month in accordance with month. The effective advisory fee rate is calculated according to the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 0.40% of assets under management. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the --------------------------- Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 1.00% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month month. The net asset value shall be calculated in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % manner provided in the Series' prospectus and statement of additional information then in effect. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata rate basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with month. The effective advisory fee rate is calculated according to the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % schedule of each Series, which is identified on Schedule A attached hereto. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 and on Schedule A attached hereto shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor an annual management fee of 0.70% calculated on the Series' daily net assets to be paid to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % . In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 0.70% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % month. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 $0 – $250 million 0.750 % Above $250 million 0.725 % In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series Fund shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a an annual fee, payable monthly fee of one twelfth fee, equal to 1.00% of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by the Series’ Fund’s average daily net assets for the month month. The net asset value shall be calculated in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % manner provided in the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information then in effect. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.

Compensation of the Advisor. For the services to be rendered by the Advisor as provided in Sections Section 1 and 2 of this Agreement, the Series shall pay to the Advisor within five business days after the end of each calendar month, a monthly fee of one twelfth of the effective advisory fee rate multiplied by 0.75% of the Series’ ' average daily net assets for the month in accordance with the following fee schedule: Assets Under Management Fee All 0.500 % month. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section 3 shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based on the number of days when this Agreement was in effect.
