Common use of Compensation of the Adviser Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.000.75%. BRAZOS Growth Portfolio 0.90% In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund Corporation shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, at the end of each month an advisory fee calculated by applying the following accrued daily and payable monthly based on an annual percentage rate to of 0.08% of the Portfolio's Series' average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%assets. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%% for the first $500 million, 0.95% of the next $500 million, 0.90% over $1 billion. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%0.75% for the first $100 million, 0.65% on the excess of $100 million. Compensation of the Adviser. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate rates to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.00.625%. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 2 of this Agreement, the Fund Corporation shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, at the end of each month an advisory fee calculated by applying the following accrued daily and payable monthly based on an annual percentage rate to of 0.60% of the Portfolio's Series' average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%assets. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect affect, subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current fiscal month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.

Compensation of the Adviser. For the services to be rendered by the Adviser as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Adviser in monthly installments, an advisory fee calculated by applying the following annual percentage rate to the Portfolio's average daily net assets for the month: 1.00%% for the first $100 million of average daily net assets, and 0.80% of average daily net assets thereafter.
