Compensation of Superintendent. The School District shall pay to the District Superintendent, in accordance with the School District's salary payment practices in effect at the time and subject to applicable withholding requirements, an annual salary of One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand ($198,000.00) Dollars effective July 1, 2020. Effective July 1, 2021 and July 1st of each subsequent year of this Agreement, the annual salary of the District Superintendent shall for the second Contract Year through the fifth Contract Year increase by two (2%) percent per annum over the immediately preceding Contract Year. The annual salary set forth herein shall be the minimum annual salary of the District Superintendent, and the District Superintendent shall receive such additional annual salary, if any, to be determined by the School Board in consultation with and based upon the performance of the District Superintendent.

  • Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.

  • Superintendent of Schools The duly appointed executive officer of the Owner authorized to act by and through The School Board of Broward County, Florida. Referred to hereinafter as the Superintendent.

  • Superintendent The Contractor shall employ a competent superintendent and necessary assistants who shall be in attendance at the Project site during the progress of the Work. The superintendent shall represent the Contractor and all communications given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor. All Communications shall be in writing when made or shall be confirmed in writing, by the Contractor, within twenty-four (24) hours of the communication.

  • Compensation of SAP 6.1 SAP will provide an invoice specifying the fees for each of the Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form. Payment is due thirty (30) days after the invoice is issued. SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.

He shall organize the administrative and supervisory staff, and select, place, and transfer personnel with the concurrence of the Board. He is responsible for administering the instruction of students and the business affairs of the school district. The Board members agree, individually and collectively, to promptly refer all criticisms, complaints, and suggestions called to their attention to the Superintendent for action, study and/or recommendation, as appropriate.

  • GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT The City Manager of the City, or designee, shall be the City’s representative, and shall oversee and approve all services to be performed, coordinate all communications, and review and approve all invoices, under this Agreement.

  • The Superintendent President or his/her designee may, in his/her sole discretion, approve short term personal leave of up to 30 days to any permanent unit member to meet emergency situations which arise out of circumstances which are unpredictable and unavoidable.

  • Superintendent's Duties The Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Superintendent agrees to devote the Superintendent’s time, skill, labor and attention to all required duties throughout the contract term. The Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns. By agreement with the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out the Superintendent’s duties and obligations to the District.
