Compensation Obligations. The obligation of the District to compensate Business Administrator during the term of this Agreement shall be subject to the relevant provisions of applicable law, unless terminated by Business Administrator by way of written resignation, or by way of removal of the Business Administrator in accordance with applicable law.

The term "taxes" includes any class action or qui tam legal claim based on a claim or claims made by Xxxxxxxx.xxx Compensation procedure. Upon receipt of notification of claims against the indemnifier from any source for which the seller is obliged to indemnify such indemnifier, the seller shall immediately take the necessary and appropriate measures to protect the interests of such indemnifier in respect of the claims.
