Compensation for Working on the Holiday. a) Schedule "A" Employees If an employees works on one of the above-named Statutory Holidays, he shall receive pay for the day, plus payment at double time for the hours actually worked by him or equivalent time off with pay in lieu thereof. It is agreed that time off will be taken within the three (3) month period immediately following the statutory holiday.
