Common use of Compensation for Services Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Services. The Fund agrees to pay to the Agent compensation for its services hereunder in accordance with its Fee Schedule to act as Agent attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Fund further agrees that it will reimburse the Agent for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of its duties as such within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices confirming the incurrence of such expenses.

Compensation for Services. The Fund agrees to pay to the Agent compensation for its services hereunder as such in accordance with its Fee Schedule to act as Agent attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Fund further agrees that it will reimburse the Agent for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of its duties as such within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices confirming the incurrence of such expensesduties.

The Fund further agrees that it will reimburse the Agent for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of its duties as such within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices confirming the incurrence of such expensessuch.

The Fund agrees to pay all fees and out-of-pocket expenses by Federal Funds Wire within thirty fifteen (3015) business days of following the receipt of invoices confirming the incurrence of such expensesrespective invoice.
