Only regular full-time and regular part-time employees who are neither eligible for Administrative Leave nor considered as "exempt" employees under the provisions of the FLSA shall be paid in cash at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay for each hour worked in excess of forty (40) hours during their Designated Work period.

All regular full-time and less than full-time employ ees in the Au xiliary Unit shall be paid in cas h at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours during their Designated Work period.   • Compensation for Overtime 9.5.1 All overtime hours, except those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) hours in one day, shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to time and one-half the regular rate of pay of the employee. Those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) in one day shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to two times the regular pay of the employee.

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked a. With the exception of the provisions in Section C.2.b., below, an employee required to work on a holiday listed above shall be paid at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for the hours actually worked. An employee who is required to work on Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx.'s Birthday, Xxxxxxx's Birthday or Washington's Birthday and who meets the eligibility requirements contained herein shall receive his or her regular pay for each hour worked.   • Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer.
