Compensation Firm. The Service Rates and the Maximum Liability of the Institution under this Contract are firm for the duration of the Contract and are not subject to escalation for any reason unless this Contract is amended.
Compensation Firm. The Maximum Liability of the State is not subject to escalation for any reason unless amended. The Grant Budget amounts are firm for the Term and are not subject to escalation for any reason unless amended, except as provided in Section C.6.
Compensation Firm. The payment methodology in Section C.3. of this Contract shall constitute the entire compensation due the Contractor for all goods or services provided under this Contract regardless of the difficulty, materials or equipment required. The payment methodology includes all applicable taxes, fees, overhead, and all other direct and indirect costs incurred or to be incurred by the Contractor.

The prices identified in this Contract, whether derived from an awarded published catalog, price list, price schedule, or other mutually agreed upon source shall constitute the entire compensation due the Contractor for all goods or services provided under this Contract regardless of the difficulty, materials or equipment required. Compensation Firm. The capitation rates and the Maximum Liability of the State under this Agreement are firm for the duration of the Agreement and are not subject to escalation for any reason unless amended, or changed by the Notice specified in Section 3.4.2 of this Agreement.
Compensation Firm. The Maximum Liability of the Grantor State Agency is not subject to escalation for any reason unless amended. The Grant Budget amounts are firm for the duration of the Grant Agreement and are not subject to escalation for any reason unless amended, except as provided in section C.5.
Compensation Firm. The Maximum Liability of the Institution under this Subgrant and the line-item amounts in the Subgrant Budget are firm for the duration of the Subgrant and are not subject to escalation for any reason unless this Subgrant is amended.
