Compensation Distribution. The University upon the occurrence of an insured loss shall account for any money so received and shall distribute it in accordance with such agreement as the interested parties may reach. Claim payments received shall be distributed proportionately according to the actual percentages of losses to both. If after such loss no other special agreement is made, replacement of damaged work shall be covered by an appropriate contract change order. Any dispute shall be resolved by the University.
