Compensation and Employer s Liability insurance, to apply for all employees for statutory limits as required by applicable State and Federal laws. The policy(ies) must include Employer’s Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000.00 for each accident. No employee, subcontractor or agent of any contractors shall be allowed to provide services unless covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance. In order for this requirement to be waived, a contractor must provide proof of exemption from such laws.

Such insurance shall be primary and non-contributing to any insurance maintained by Rockwell and the insurers will give thirty (30) days prior written notice to Rockwell in the event of cancellation or material change in coverage.
