Compensation and Benefits Upon Termination. 5.1 Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Employer will pay to the Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary, at the rate then in effect, through the date of the Executive’s termination of active employment. The Executive shall also be entitled to payment of other vested benefits accrued to the date of termination of employment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in which the Executive is a participant.
