Compensable Hours. All hours for which the nurse is paid by the 10 Hospital excluding standby hours not worked only. 11
Compensable Hours. Consultant shall prepare an accounting of time and expenses at the end of each month of services each month to be approved by the COUNTY. The Consultant agrees to be available for 40 hours per month to perform contracted Services. For projects which require more than 40 hours compensable time for a given month, CONSULTANT shall prepare a request in writing for such estimated time, and the rationale for the needed increase. The COUNTY shall review the request, and approve or deny the additional increase in time for the week. The maximum amount of compensable time, with the COUNTY'S approval, shall be determined and approved in advance by the COUNTY. Compensable hours shall include only hours worked and shall not include hours traveled to or from the Xxxx County Courthouse.
Compensable Hours a. All hours worked during the vacation base year, plus holiday, jury duty, bereavement leave, and vacation pay hours (but excluding vacation increment hours).
Compensable Hours. Time spent in a travel status away from the official duty station of any employee is not hours of employment unless it satisfies the criteria specified in governing law and regulations.
