Common use of Compassionate Leave Clause in Contracts

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracts a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Act.

Compassionate Leave. 6.4.1 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) 2 days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness or that poses a serious threat to their life, sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s their life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Actor dies.

Compassionate Leave. An a) Subject to the provision of satisfactory medical evidence or other supporting material, an employee other than a casual employee is entitled will be granted up to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on leave, for each occasion when occasion, to spend time with a member of the employee’s their immediate family or household contracts a personal (as defined under the Workplace Relations Act 1996) who has an injury or an illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acttheir life.

Compassionate Leave. Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days compassionate paid leave on full pay on each occasion when to attend to spend time with a critically ill, injured or dying person who is a member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracts as defined under the Workplace Relations Act 1996. An employee may take up two (2) paid day’s compassionate leave upon the death of a personal illness member of their immediate family or sustains a personal household. The employee if requested by the Employer must provide evidence of the illness, injury or death that poses a serious threat gives rise to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 entitlement of the Actcompassion leave.

Compassionate Leave. The Employee must provide evidence of the Actillness, injury or death that gives rise to the entitlement of compassionate leave.

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee other than a casual employee is shall be entitled to two (2) days compassionate leave on full with out loss of pay for ordinary hours of work on each occasion when of the death of, or the occurrence of a life threatening illness to, a member of the employee’s his or her immediate family or a person living in his or her household contracts as a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Actfamily member.

Compassionate Leave. 4.32 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days of compassionate leave on full pay on for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family family, or member of the employee’s household (a) contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat xxxxxx to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acthis or her life; or (c) dies.

Compassionate Leave. An employee 5.3.1 Employees, other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) employees, may take 2 days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each per occasion when where a member of the employee’s their immediate family or household contracts a personal or develops an illness or sustains a personal an injury that which poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided their life, or dies. The Employer may require reasonable evidence to substantiate a claim for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Actcompassionate leave.

Compassionate Leave. An employee 7.3.1 Employees, other than a casual employee is Employees, will be entitled to two (2) days compassionate leave on full pay days’ paid Compassionate Leave on each occasion when a member of the employeeEmployee’s immediate family or household dies or contracts or develops a personal illness or that poses a serious threat to their life, sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to their life or where the personEmployee or Employee’s life partner has a miscarriage. This Compassionate Leave will be paid at the Employee’s base rate of pay as provided for set in Part 3 Division 6 clause 5.7 of the Actthis Agreement.

Compassionate Leave. An C9.6.1 Where an employee other than a casual provides satisfactory evidence, an employee is entitled to two (2) days compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion ‘permissible occasion’ when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acthis or her life; or dies.

Compassionate Leave. 32.1. An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two paid compassionate leave of three (23) days compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when where a member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracts a personal or develops an illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for his or her life. An employee may apply to take additional days on personal/carers leave, in Part 3 Division 6 of the Actaccordance with section 31.

Compassionate Leave. Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is 19.14 Employees are entitled to up to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when per occasion: • to visit a member of the employee’s immediate family or household who contracts or develops a life-threatening personal illness or sustains a life-threatening personal injury that poses injury; or • after the death of a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 member of the Actemployee’s immediate family or household.

Compassionate Leave. An employee 25.1 Employees, other than a casual employee is employees, will be entitled to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when on the death or serious life threatening illness or injury of a member of the employee’s their immediate family or household contracts a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acthousehold.

Compassionate Leave. 13.3.1 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to a period of two (2) days of paid compassionate leave on full pay on for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or household a member of the employee’s household:  contracts or develops a personal illness illness, or sustains a personal injury injury, that poses a serious threat to his or her life (providing the employee is taking the leave for the purposes of spending time with that person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Act); or  dies.

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is 73.1 Employees (except casuals) are entitled to two (2) days 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on full pay (on each occasion when a occasion) to spend time with an immediate family/household member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracts who suffers a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acttheir life.

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is 45.1 Employees (except casuals) are entitled to two (2) days 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on full pay (on each occasion when occasion) to spend time with an immediate family/household member who suffers a personal illness or injury that poses a serious threat to their life; or a child is stillborn, where the child would have been a member of the employee’s immediate family family, or household contracts a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 member of the Actemployee’s household, if the child had been born alive; or the employee, or the employee’s spouse or defacto partner has a miscarriage.

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is 19.1 Full-time and part-time employees are entitled to two (2) days days’ paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s your immediate family or household member contracts a personal illness or sustains develops a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acttheir life, or dies.

Compassionate Leave. 43.2 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to may take two (2) days days, per occasion, paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or household member: • contracts a personal illness or sustains develops a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat theat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Acttheir life; or • dies.

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when to spend time with a member of the employee’s their immediate family or household contracts a personal as defined under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 who has an injury or illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s their life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 or who has died. The Employee must provide evidence of the Actillness, injury or death that gives rise to the entitlement of compassionate leave.

An employee may apply to take additional days on personal leave.

Compassionate Leave. 7.6.1 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness or that poses a serious threat to their life, sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s their life as provided for or dies. Immediate family means an employee's spouse or partner, a child (including an adult, adopted or step child), parent, parent in Part 3 Division 6 law, grandparents, grandchild or sibling of the Actemployee.

Compassionate Leave. 8.5.1 An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness or that poses a serious threat to their life, sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s their life as provided for or dies. Immediate family means an employee's spouse or partner, a child (including an adult, adopted or step child), parent, parent in Part 3 Division 6 law, grandparents, grandchild or sibling of the Actemployee.

Compassionate Leave. An employee other than a 5.7.1 All employees (except casual employee is employees) are entitled to two (2) days paid compassionate leave on full pay on for each permissible occasion when where a member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracts dies or suffers a personal life threatening illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Actinjury.

An employee other than a Employees (excluding casual employee is employees) are entitled to two (2) days shifts of paid compassionate leave on full pay on for each occasion when a member of the employee’s 's immediate family or a member of the employee's household dies or contracts a personal illness or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life.
