Comparison with Competing Energy Sources. The alternative energy sources for water heating applications in Thailand are mainly electricity, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Fuel Oil. During the last 10 years, the percentage increases in the prices are 5%, 10% and 12% for electricity, LPG and Fuel Oil respectively. On the other front, the use of solar energy for water heating applications requires comparatively high initial investments but the system once installed will be operational for about 20 years with marginal maintenance activities. The financial viability of solar water heating systems over other sources of energy is illustrated below. The payback periods are longer when SWH systems are to substitute electricity in residential applications and fuel oil in commercial and industrial applications compared to that of electricity use in the commercial sector.

CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. Information contained on the Website will include a single contact telephone number for CenturyLink’s CLEC Service Center (via an 800#) that CLEC may call for all ordering and status inquiries and other day-to-day inquiries at any time during the Business Day. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.

  • CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION 57.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, CLEC shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for CLEC’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to CLEC End Users in the State.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever.   • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Noteholders or Couponholders and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the other relevant Paying Agent.
