Company Vehicles. The Company's current policy on automobiles owned or leased by the Company and used by a Sales Representative shall be continued for the duration of this Agreement. At the discretion of the Company, Company car policy shall be applied to Sales Representatives in order of seniority. Chase Merchandisers, Part-Time Chase Merchandisers and Fill-In Sales Representatives shall receive the same mileage rate increases as the salaried employees at the same time they receive them.

Company Vehicles. The Employer may offer to provide transportation. The assembly point shall be the location of the Employer’s shop, or any other location mutually agreed upon, no earlier than one (1) hour prior to start time. In the event that transportation is provided by the Contractor such vehicle must comply with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act as it applies to the transport of individuals. It shall be the worker’s right to refuse to travel in a vehicle that does not comply with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act as it applies to transport of individuals.
Company Vehicles. Employees shall notify the employer of any immediate maintenance required, the employer is responsible for all maintenance costs. The employer with the assistance of the employee shall be responsible to schedule preventative vehicle maintenance.
Company Vehicles. COMPANY may place Rental Vehicles at the BUSINESS and FRANCHISEE must make such vehicles available to customers. COMPANY will pay the costs of maintenance and insurance on such vehicles. COMPANY will pay FRANCHISEE a commission on all rentals of these vehicles. Such vehicles will not be subject to Monthly Fees (defined below) or advertising contributions.
Company Vehicles. Employees shall not operate any motor vehicle owned by the Company unless the employee has the appropriate license to do so. No driver shall operate any Company vehicle or equipment whilst under the influence of non- prescribed drugs or alcohol. Employees are not to carry passengers in any motor vehicle who are not employees of the Company or without prior permission of the Company. Where an employee is allocated or required to drive a Company motor vehicle the employee shall keep the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition. The employee shall check before driving the vehicle the vehicles, oil, tyres, and water. The Company must be advised when the vehicle is due for recommended service or if the vehicle is defective, to allow for arrangement to be made for the vehicle to be out of service. Employees’ who are provided with a Company vehicle are: ▪ to take good care of the vehicle and ensure that it is properly and responsibly driven and maintained; ▪ to ensure that the provisions of any insurance policy relating to the vehicle are observed; ▪ not to fit any accessories to the vehicle or to interfere with the vehicle speed limiters or any mechanical part of the vehicle without prior written approval from the Company; ▪ to pay all parking and traffic infringements and penalties relating to the use of the vehicle; ▪ to ensure that the vehicle is securely locked when left unattended and that any alarm system fitted to the vehicle is turned on; ▪ not to drive the vehicle if the employee is intoxicated through alcohol consumption or drug taking; ▪ to report all driving and traffic offences (including accidents) to the Company; ▪ not to use the vehicle for personal or recreational purposes without prior approval; and Company vehicles are not to be used for any purpose other than for Company business. Any employee who is in possession of a Company vehicle is to return the vehicle prior to going on annual or long service leave. All vehicles are to be returned to the Company prior to any employee’s termination of employment. If there is a vehicular incident that the employee is involved in while on company business, in a company vehicle or otherwise, and the employee is found to be responsible, the employee may be liable to pay the amount of insurance excess, and also accept any road traffic infringement laws and penalties that are applied.

Company Vehicles. The Parties acknowledge that the Companies provide the vehicles set forth on Schedule 6.10 to the Key Employees (the “Company-Owned Vehicles”). Each Key Employee shall advise the Buyer, no later than three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, whether or not such Key Employee desires to purchase the Company-Owned Vehicle assigned to such Key Employee from the applicable Company. If a Key Employee desires to acquire the Company-Owned Vehicle assigned to such Key Employee from the Applicable Company, such Key Employee shall purchase the Company-Owned Vehicle assigned to the Key Employee from the applicable Company on or prior to the date of the Closing for an amount equal to the value set forth in the Kxxxxx Blue Book online (wxx.xxx.xxx), taking into consideration all applicable characteristics of such Company-Owned Vehicle, including, without limitation: year, make, model, mileage, condition, style, package and equipment. The Parties agree that the “Private Party” value shall be controlling. In the event a price range is provided, the purchase price for such Company-Owned Vehicle shall be the midpoint of such price range.
Company Vehicles. The Company may select the mode of transportation, route and point of origin for Company Vehicles shipped to Retailer. Retailer will pay to the Company the applicable destination charges that the Company establishes for Retailer for Company Vehicles delivered to Retailer that are in effect at the time of shipment. The Company will bear the risk of loss and damage to Company Vehicles until delivery to a transport carrier for shipment; however, the Company will, if requested by Retailer in a manner and within the time as the Company shall from time to time specify, prosecute for and on behalf of Retailer, at Retailers expense, claims against the responsible transport carrier for loss of or damage to Company Vehicles during transportation.
