COMPANY RULES. 5.01 The Company will forward to the President of the Union, General Vice President and the 1st VP of CRTT‐CRL a copy of all General Notices and all Standard Policies and Procedures and amendments thereto affecting members of the Bargaining Unit, immediately as they are issued.

COMPANY RULES. Section 1. The Company will publish and issue to all employees the current and applicable Employee Handbook of the Company and send a copy of same to the Union. Except to the extent that express language in the specific provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement differs from specific provisions of the Company's Employee Handbook, the policies and procedures contained in the Handbook control and are applicable to all employees. The Company may amend or change such policies, rules, or procedures at its sole discretion. The Company will, after the signing of this Agreement, cause to be compiled and make easily available to each present and all new employees the presently applicable conduct rules and regulations, and no such new rules or regulations will be considered effective until copies have been furnished to the Grievance Committee (the District 141 Assistant General Chair, and all Shop Stewards) and conspicuously posted in the working areas at least one (1) week prior to effective date. Electronic versions should also be provided where technology permits. In cases where emergency changes are necessary, the Company will notify the committee and such changes will be posted and become effective immediately thereafter.
COMPANY RULES. (a) Any employee being discharged for disobeying the rules of the Company will only be paid up to the time of discharge. Company rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place within the Plant.
COMPANY RULES. American Express shall provide Authorized Selling Firm with Company Rules as soon as is practicable. All revisions, modifications and replacements of such Company Rules shall be provided by Company and Distributor to Authorized Selling Firm promptly after issuance by Company and/or Distributor.
COMPANY RULES. 63 a) It is further agreed by both parties to this Agreement that fair treatment, good service, and due diligence in observance of the rules as promulgated by the COMPANY are essential to the maintenance of satisfactory working conditions and wages described in this Agreement and for efficient production provided that such rules as may be promulgated by the COMPANY shall not in any way conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
COMPANY RULES. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to establish such reasonable Company rules as they may deem necessary, provided that such rules are not in conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Company rules shall be in writing, posted and effective thirty (30) days after submission to the Union unless the Union objects. Any objection must be specific as to what rule or rules are being objected to. It is expressly understood that rules as referred to in this Section are not to contain any reference to disciplinary matters which are covered in Article 44, Sec. 5, Discharge or Suspension. Such Company rules are to apply equally to all employees of the Employer and failure of a Local Union or Unions and the Employer to agree on such rules shall be subject to the dispute procedures of Article 44.
COMPANY RULES. Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of it’s own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standards.
