Common use of Company Representative Clause in Contracts

Company Representative. ‌ The Supplier shall, by notice in the form of Exhibit D, appoint from time to time, a representative (a “Company Representative”), who shall be duly authorized to act on behalf of the Supplier, and with whom the Buyer may consult at all reasonable times, and whose instructions, requests, and decisions, provided the same are in writing signed by the respective Company Representative, shall be binding on the Supplier as to all matters pertaining to this Agreement. The Company Representatives shall not have the power or authority to amend this Agreement.

Company Representative. ‌ The Supplier shalland the Buyer shall each appoint, by notice in the form of Exhibit D, appoint from time to time, a representative (a “Company Representative”), who shall be duly authorized to act on behalf of the SupplierParty that has made the appointment, and with whom the Buyer other Party may consult at all reasonable times, and whose instructions, requests, and decisions, provided the same are in writing signed by the respective Company Representative, shall be binding on the Supplier appointing Party as to all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
