Company Remedies. Employee acknowledges that the remedy at law for any breach of any of the provisions of Sections 6 or 7 will be inadequate, and that the Company shall be entitled, in addition to any remedy at law or in equity, to preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and specific performance.
