Company Policy and Procedure. Policies and procedures may be introduced and amended from time to time. Employees are required to adhere to Jalco policies and procedures (as amended from time to time). Employees will be made aware of policy and procedure, but they must also make every effort to become familiar with them and to ensure that they are followed. Jalco undertakes to keep employees informed of these policies and procedures as well as any amendments, and not to alter them so as to disadvantage employees relative to the overall terms of this Agreement. Failure to observe these policies, procedures and any delegated authorities may lead to dismissal.

Company Policy and Procedure. This agreement incorporates the company’s policy and procedure manual, as varied from time to time. The terms of the manual shall be read in conjunction with this agreement.

This right includes the responsibility to eliminate harassment in our workplace, either as a participant or as an observer.   • Policy and Procedures If the resident leaves the facility due to hospitalization or a therapeutic leave, the facility shall not be obligated to hold the resident’s bed available until his or her return, unless prior arrangements have been made for a bed hold pursuant to the facility’s “Bed Reservation Policy and Procedure” and pursuant to applicable law. In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility. However, the resident may be placed in any appropriate bed in a semi-private room in the facility at the time of his or her return from hospitalization or therapeutic leave provided a bed is available and the resident’s admission is appropriate and meets the readmission requirements of the facility.

  • Company Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with such employment policies and practices, this Agreement shall control.
