Common use of Company Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Company Indebtedness. (a) Notwithstanding Clause 20.7 (Subsidiary indebtedness), at all times while a Loan is outstanding from or the Facility is available to be drawn by the Company, no Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no member of the Group shall) incur or allow to remain outstanding Financial Indebtedness.
