Common use of Company Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Company Guarantee. (a) The Company hereby unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees to the Collateral Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders and each of their respective permitted successors, endorsees, transferees and assigns, the prompt and complete payment by the Pipeline Company Borrowers when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of the Obligations. This is a guarantee of payment and not collection and the liability of the Company is primary and not secondary.
