Common use of Company Contracts Clause in Contracts

Company Contracts. (a) Section 4.14(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule identifies Contracts in effect as of the date of this Agreement to which any of the Company or its Subsidiaries is a party or by which any of them is otherwise expressly bound, which are in the categories listed below, other than a Company Benefit Plan or Company Benefit Arrangement (collectively, the “Company Contracts”):

Company Contracts. (a) Section 4.14(a2.14(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule identifies Contracts each Contract in effect as of the date hereof having aggregate payment obligations of this Agreement $50,000 or more or which is otherwise material to the Company, (x) to which any of the Company is a party, or (y) by which the Company or its Subsidiaries is a party or by which any of them its assets is otherwise expressly boundor may become bound or under which the Company has, which are or may become subject to, any obligation(the Contracts set forth in Section 2.14(a) of the categories listed belowDisclosure Schedule, other than a Company Benefit Plan or Company Benefit Arrangement (collectively, being referred to herein as the “"Company Contracts”):").

(a) Section 4.14(a4.12(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule identifies Contracts in effect as sets forth a correct and complete list of the date of this Agreement following Contracts to which any of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or by which any of them is otherwise expressly bound, which are in the categories listed below, other than a Company Benefit Plan or Company Benefit Arrangement (collectively, the “Company Contracts”) (other than the Employee Benefit Plans set forth on Section 4.14 of the Disclosure Schedule and insurance policies set forth on Section 4.16 of the Disclosure Schedule):

(a) Section 4.14(a3.14(a) of the Company Companies Disclosure Schedule identifies contains a complete and correct list of each of the following types of Contracts in effect as of the date of this Agreement hereof to which the Companies or any of the Company or its their Subsidiaries is are a party party, or by which any of them is otherwise expressly their respective assets or properties are bound, which are in the categories listed below, other than a Company Benefit Plan or Company Benefit Arrangement (collectively, the “Company Contracts”)::

Company Contracts. (a) Section 4.14(a2.14(a) of the Company Disclosure Schedule identifies identifies, in each subpart that corresponds to the subsection listed below, any Contracts of the following types, which Contracts are in effect as of the date of this Agreement hereof under which the Company has ongoing obligations, and (x) to which any of the Company is a party, or (y) by which the Company or its Subsidiaries is a party or by which any of them its assets is otherwise expressly boundbound (the Contracts set forth in Section 2.14(a) of the Disclosure Schedule, which are in the categories listed below, other than a Company Benefit Plan or Company Benefit Arrangement (collectively, being referred to herein as the “Company Contracts”):).
