Common use of Company Car Clause in Contracts

Company Car. During the term of this Agreement, the FELLC shall provide a gross cash allowance (the amount of which in accordance with the then-current Company policy) or shall provide free of charge (including insurance) a company car for Executive’s use, of such type appropriate (in the Company’s opinion) for Executive’s status.3 Executive will receive a fuel card and shall be liable for any income tax on the fuel used for non-business purposes.
